The ex-Director of IIT and AICTE said that the digital university mooted by the Vedanta Group Chairman will enable the students to enroll from every nook and corner of the state and will give them global exposure. It would also be a platform for exchanges with students from abroad.
In short, it will be an international university, part of the student population will be from abroad, he said, adding that the university will not only make the cost of study cheaper, but it will also open the doors for placements in the country and abroad.
