Airport development and expansion - Chitta - 01-17-2023 As per https://odishabytes.com/international-terminal-at-bhubaneswar-airport-to-complete-by-march-2023/amp/ the connector between the international terminal and current domestic terminal will be completed by March 2023. The link building will be used for international arrival and the international terminal will be used for international departure.
