As per https://odishabytes.com/5-more-stpis-to-come-up-in-odisha-says-union-minister/ the central government has approved 5 new STPIs at Balasore, Sambalpur, Jajpur, Angul and Jeypore (Koraput).
The existing 3 STPs in Odisha are at Bhubaneswar, Rourkela, and Berhampur.
