Three education corridors are proposed:
- Bhubaneswar, Puri, Cuttack, Khurda, Berhampur
- Koraput, Kalahandi, Balangir, Nuapada
- Jharsuguda, Sambalpur, Baragada, Sundargarh, Rourkela
