I love the Atlas in this site. This is my first blog post. So forgive me if I make some protocol mistake.
Following are some suggestions on updating the Atlas with ECOR new lines that have been approved. (I am not sure what level of approval merits the Atlas to be updated.)
1. Baragarh Road - Nuapada line: Some links regarding its status and approval are at click here A twit on this by PIB is at click here It also includes a video by the Rail Minister.
2. Bhadrachalam Rd - Malkangiri: Links at click here It has received cabinet approval. Land acquisition notice for this has been issued.
3. Malkangiri - Jeypore: Tenders for construction have been issued. Links at click here
4. Jeypore - Nabarangpur : Links at click here
5. Nabrangpur - Junagarh Rd: Has received cabinet approval. Links at click here
6. Gunupur - Theruvali: Has received cabinet approval. Links at click here
In addition the following two lines are mentioned in the 2025-26 ECOR consolidated budget.
