If these indeed become access-restricted expressway, this would be BIG.

Continuing with the previous post,  one should add the proposed Kharagpur-Vizag expressway plan of the center and Bhubaneswar-Puri expressway planned by the state.

Then the map would look as follows:

Currently Google Maps shows the operational high speed roads (basically access controlled expressways)  in India when one sets "live traffic" and zoom to the appropriate level.

The following does not show the Biju Expressway nor the Vijaywada-Ranchi highway.

Zooming in further, not much progress has happened on the Sambalpur-Ranchi economic corridor part in Odisha (progress has happened in the Jharkhand part - see https://avenuemail.in/nitin-gadkari-to-lay-foundation-for-roads-in-khunti-today/) ,
nor on the Sambalpur-Keonjhar-Kharagpur part.

As we zoom in on the capital area, the route of the Capital ring road and the southern part of the coastal highway has changed.
