• It will house its Ayurveda College, Planetarium and observatory with Science & Technology museum. 
  
• G+14 floors with 311512 sq ft  (= 28,940 sq meters). 
  
• 78 meter high with a footprint of 200 ft X 200 ft
  
• Courtyard of 9000 sq ft that will accommodate 1000 people
  
• Planetarium Capacity is 226 people
  
• 80 ft diameter dome with 52 ft height
