“We have taken many initiatives for the Science and Technology Department. Odisha Government will set up a Biotechnology University, Applied Mathematics University and Institute of Chemistry in the State. The government has set an aim for development of science. The government will also construct planetariums and science parks in different districts as per the public demand,” said Minister Patra.
