The Odisha cabinet just approved NIST University. See https://sambadenglish.com/odisha-to-get-...proposals/ . Now it goes to the Odisha assembly.

As per https://www.moneycontrol.com/news/india/...41881.html the Odisha assembly passed the Silicon University bill and the NIST University bill today (9/27/2003).
