Utkal University is most premium University in state of Odisha, it's home for maximum number of Centre of Excellence. But no such significant research going on in these centres. Government should notice strictly otherwise NIRF Ranking improvement would be pretty critical.

As per https://sambadepaper.com/imageview_19334..._1_sf.html (10th July 2024) the second campus exterior construction is mostly done, but the interior is yet to be fully done. The location of this second campus -- referred to as Rural campus -- is near Chandikhol. See map below. This Rural campus is of 75 acres.
