KB Khurda-Balangir line: fast progressing - to be completed by 2027

T2 tunnel has achieved breakthrough marking a special moment as now all seven tunnels are in various stages of construction of Khurda Balangir line.

T2 tunnel is 1775 metres long with a curve in it.

My guess is that within a year (by 2026) lines up to Buguda from Khurda Rd side and up to Charichak from Balangir side will be done. The whole line will be completed in 2027 after the completion of the 4 viaducts.
